By centralizing data, we automated work order creation and introduced AI-driven classification with 99% accuracy. Multi-stage automated escalations ensure field engineers stay aligned with SLA targets while keeping the LeadVision team informed. Additional capabilities include real-time mapping, mobile access for field teams, and integration with third-party databases for broader operational visibility and informed decision-making.
